Artist's Description

Devil's Tongue Barrel cactus (Ferocactus latispinus) is native to the southern U.S. and central Mexico. This particular cactus needs sunshine to form flowers that can be pinkish purple or yellow and are 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and blooms in the winter.
