Thank you Nava! It was fun to watch it open. Usually they don't open til about 10 at night. Mt his one was open by 8 just before the garden closed for the night.

A night blooming cactus (echinopsis candican) opened earlier than usual one night while I was at the Desert Botanical Garden. I used my headlamp to illuminate this beautiful bloom as it opened.
